“Artfusion”
is the fruit of an idea by Maltese professional photographer Kevin
Casha and the Bulgarian painter and artist, Vania Goshe. A common love
for art originally spawned this exhibition which will form part of the
national “Notte Bianca” , or...
Wh...ite Night, event being held in the historical capital city of Malta,
Valletta, on the 3rd of October. Trying to find ways of artistic
co-operation and networking, the two artists have come together in
order to produce works consisting of a photographic image as base with
the further input of after painting thus bringing together two art
mediums in one. Both artists firmly believe that in today’s world, all
art forms should try to evolve and sometimes combine into projects
which are not tied down to just one medium. The interaction between
artists hailing from different backgrounds is sure to benefit
creativity and artistic innovation.The exhibition will be held at the
Casino Maltese, in the main street of Valletta – a venue rich in
historical significance. It was in fact originally used as the Treasury
of the Knights of St. John, and today the retains most of its original
16th century features. A truly outstanding venue with a history of
noble visitors. The exhibition will be open from 18.00 to 02.00 hours.
